A good pantry starts with knowing where things come from. These are the Ohio makers behind the honey, syrups, snacks and coffee on our shelves.
Latshaw Apiaries
Beekeeper Leah Latshaw brings us wildflower honey in 22 oz jars, creamed and hot honey in 9.5 oz jars, mini honey jars and honey sticks.
Turkeyfoot Creek Farm
Turkeyfoot Creek is a Certified Naturally Grown farm, and elderberry is their specialty: syrup, juice, shrub and jelly.
Shagbark Seed + Mill, Athens
Shagbark's tortilla chips start with corn grown in Shelby County, Ohio, prepared the traditional nixtamal way and made in small batches in Athens.
NOSH Butters, Cuyahoga Falls
NOSH makes nut butters, like chocolate hazelnut and cinnamon sugar peanut pecan, plus seasoned nut mixes.
For the coffee and drinks station
Florin Coffee in Columbus roasts in small batches and makes OSO cold brew. The Syrup Project makes ginger, mocha, vanilla bean and simple syrups (try them in our Granville Ginger Latte). Dandy's Shrubs in Alexandria makes drinking shrubs, the base of our Granville Porch Fizz. Just Better Tea in Cincinnati makes iced tea blends.
A little heat, a little fruit
Black Cap Hot Sauce comes from Ruffled Feather Ferments, and in season we carry fresh apples from Charlie's Apples in Licking County.
