The Refillery: How It Works

A refillery is a station where you can bring your own clean, empty containers to be refilled with everyday essentials like soaps, detergents, and lotions. It's a simple way to reduce single-use plastic waste and embrace a more sustainable lifestyle.
We offer a wide selection of bulk liquids for refill, including liquid laundry detergent, dish soap, multi-surface cleaner, hand soap, soothing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. We partner with trusted brands like Rustic Strength to ensure high-quality, toxin-free options.
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your own clean, dry, and empty containers. We'll weigh your container (tare weight) before filling, so you only pay for the product you take home. We also have a selection of beautiful amber and clear glass bottles available for purchase if you need one.
For health and safety, all containers must be visibly clean and dry. We recommend washing them thoroughly with soap and hot water, and allowing them to air dry completely before bringing them in. If you're unsure, we can provide a quick rinse or suggest purchasing one of our new bottles.
All refillery products are priced by the ounce. We weigh your empty container first (tare weight), fill it with your chosen product, and then weigh it again. You only pay for the weight of the product you've refilled.

Our Refill Services: Convenience for Every Neighbor

Our "Drop & Go" service is perfect for busy neighbors. Simply drop off your clean, empty containers at our store, and we'll refill them for you. We'll notify you when they're ready for pick-up, usually within 24-48 hours.
The "Refill Relay" is our premium delivery and swap service. We deliver freshly refilled bottles to your doorstep and pick up your empties for cleaning and future refills. It's the ultimate convenience for conscious consumption. Please inquire in-store or check our website for service areas and scheduling.
Yes! We offer 2oz amber glass Boston Round bottles filled with your choice of product. It's a great way to try a new scent or product before committing to a larger size, or a perfect travel companion.
Yes! We offer local delivery within a 5-mile radius of our Granville storefront, including the Village of Granville and immediate surrounding townships. It's our way of making intentional living even more convenient for our neighbors. A flat fee of $5.00 applies to orders under $50.00, and delivery is free for orders $50.00 and over.
Our "Refill Relay" is designed for ultimate convenience. When you place a refillery order for delivery, you can choose to have us deliver freshly filled bottles to your doorstep. If you have clean, empty Granville General Store bottles from a previous order, simply leave them out for us, and we'll swap them for your new, full ones. It's a seamless, zero-waste exchange!
We typically deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please place your order by 5:00 PM the day prior to ensure it's included in the next delivery run.
Absolutely! You can still order refills for local delivery even if you don't have an empty bottle to swap. We will deliver your chosen products in new, clean glass bottles (which you can purchase directly on our website or add to your delivery order). You can then keep these bottles for future "Refill Relay" exchanges or bring them in-store for a traditional refill.
