A grow kit for alpine strawberries that kids color, plant and watch grow indoors, year-round.
Made from: Heirloom strawberry seed, growing medium, OMRI coconut husks, a leak-proof coloring bag, crayons, a garden stake and directions, made by Potting Shed Creations, Ltd.
Why we love it: A slow, happy project. Plants usually fruit in their second year and make nice houseplants meanwhile.
Size: One grow kit.
