Made from: Washed coffees from Max Perez's farms in Acatenango, Guatemala, and the Kabare Farmers' Cooperative Society in Kirinyaga, Kenya — Bourbon, Catuai, SL28 and SL34 varieties grown at 1550–2100 masl. Roasted in Columbus by Florin Coffee, roast level 2.
Why we love it: A cozy-but-sparkling fall cup for slow mornings and cool evenings, roasted just up the road.
