An all-purpose coffee blend with notes of raisin, cinnamon and toffee. Good as espresso, nuanced enough for pour-over, and easy in a drip machine.
Made from: Washed Caturra and Castillo from The Black Condor Project in Tolima, Colombia, and Bourbon and Catuai from Max Perez in Acatenango, Guatemala. Grown at 1650 to 2100 masl. Roasted by Florin Coffee, roast level 4.
