A half caff coffee from Colombia's Black Condor Project, with tasting notes of almond and cacao. Balanced, with a light roast level of 2.
Made from: Caturra and Castillo beans (washed) blended with Red and Yellow Caturra decaf (E.A. sugarcane process), grown by smallholder producers in Tolima at 1450 to 1950 masl, imported by Forest Coffee and roasted by Florin Coffee.
Why we love it: A smooth cup when you want the ritual with a little less caffeine.
