Foris Salami - Tripel Pigs

Our most traditional salami with an American twist, subtly flavored with Tripel from Combustion Brewery & Taproom (Pickerington, Ohio). 

All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable! No refrigeration required. Our Tripel Pigs Salami has a 10-12 month shelf life.

Wine & Cheese Pairings: Pair Tripel Pigs with fresh white wine like Pinot Gris or medium-weight red wine like Pinot Noir.

Try this pairing for fun: Tripel Pigs with sherry! Pairs well with a mild Brie cheese or white cheddar cheese. Who needs beef jerky when you can have award winning salami? Our salami is the perfect addition to any charcuterie board.
