Our salami and chorizo are the perfect addition to any charcuterie board. All of our cured meats are handmade into 4 oz meat sticks. They make a great snack too!An intriguing fusion of European traditions and flavors from the Southern hemisphere like hot paprika, cayenne and chipotle. But don’t be afraid, the flavor is stronger than the heat! All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable! No refrigeration required. Our Rojizo Chorizo has a 10-12 month shelf life. 

Wine & Pairings: Rojizo’s full-flavored smokiness pairs well with slightly sweet white wine like Pinot Gris, and sparkling wine like Prosecco. Pairs well with Aged Manchego, Chevre or Goat Cheese.
