Our salami is the perfect addition to any charcuterie board. All of our cured meats are handmade into 4 oz meat sticks. They make a great snack too.

Our richest and creamiest salami boldly flavored with cheese from Blue Jacket Dairy (Bellefontaine, Ohio), Chardonnay from Debonne Vineyards (Madison, Ohio), chopped garlic, and fresh sage. All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable! No refrigeration required. Our No. 1 Salami has a 10-12 month shelf life.

Wine & Cheese Pairings: Pair No 1 with fruity red wine like Merlot, full-bodied white wine like Chardonnay or Champagne! Pairs well with a Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
