Main ingredient: Arnica has a long history of use as a potent natural pain reliever. Its anti-inflammatory properties make it effective in reducing aches and pain related to bruises, headaches, sore muscles, cramps, minor sprains, and arthritis.

This product is intended for external use only.

Ingredients: Organic sunflower oil infused with arnica, st. john's wort, white willow bark, habanero, and local beeswax. Essential oils of: Siberian white fir, clove, cypress, ginger & sweet birch.

Size: 1 or 2 oz. metal tin with a screw top cover 

Suggested uses: Treat painful, sore, stiff or cramped muscles anywhere externally on the body (avoid cuts/eyes). Relaxes pain and stiffness caused by arthritis, trigger finger and tendonitis.
